Scrum Product Owner is a two days course in which participants will learn the details of the Product Owner role, who is responsible for defining the desired characteristics of the product and defining priorities to better balance cost and benefit. Attendees will learn how to successfully manage the product backlog, as a key tool of Scrum projects.
